Freezing Beachgirl's cheesecake with erythritol?

I am attempting to lighten my load for Christmas, and was wondering about freezing Beachgirl's cheesecake. I have made this recipe many, many times through the years and it works out beautifully for us.

I found a reference saying it freezes well with Splenda, but I use erythritol and stevia.

Has anyone made in advance, wrapped well, frozen, and had success with this recipe using erythritol? Just wondering if the eryth. will get super recrystallized or something like that if I don't use Splenda (not an option for me).
