b-2 breakfast burritos (hash browns, tortilla shells, cheese, bacon bits, eggs, hot sauce and ketchup ) 660 calories

l-fish and salad 300ish calories

s-maybe a taco salad ? calories

snacks-bbq almonds 170 calories


My calorie goal for the day is 1,765

Total Cholesterol 167: HDL 69 LDL 97 Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.4
Glucose (non-fasting) 87
Blood pressure 103/66
*no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them in the 40s
