DD Sunday - how goes?

Hi!
I'm in relatively sunny CA, for work this week. Yesterday was the holiday party for my office here, which I attended and it was pretty awesome!

Today, I'm having a pretty good DD. I'm a bit mentally tired from last night combined with DD, but managing.

I really, really want to come home from this trip with a loss. That would just be so cool.

B: water, some vitamins
L/S: just had 3oz baby carrots, 30 cal
D: I'm going with packaged meals this trip for 2 of the DDs, and the other one falls on a night where I have to go to dinner with the big boss, so I figured I"d fast all day, and make smart choices at the restaurant... anyway...

today's dinner will be 2 healthy choice "complete meals" (looks like a tv dinner, incl dessert!) with chicken, veggies, rice, and some sort of apple thing.

510 cal if I don't go over with more carrots or an apple or some almond milk (I didn't really stock up, to avoid temptation).

S.

Mine is going well. I've been eating a lot today and am at only 550 cals. I spent some of those cals on chicken and dumplings. Mmmm!! I made a giant back of jello using kool-aid, splenda, and gelatin and have been chomping on it.

I'm going to look into some low cal TV dinners.

Coffee with splash of skim milk this morning. Starbucks skinny peppermint mocha to sip on this afternoon (170 cals), nibbled on a few pieces of pepperoni from the family's pizza. not sure final cals, but I am sure that's not more than 300...good enough for me.

Melinda, I had the "medium" size skinny peppermint mocha, iced, yesterday (ud, but still) so I could get some caffeine and not ruin my dinner (company cocktail party). I like that the american starbucks have calorie counts on the menu now-- OMG everything is like 300-400+ !!!

then the skinny's are there at 100, 130, 170. LOL. They should advertise more "skinny" latte options!

Soren, I know! I am so so so spoiled by the skinny versions. I love them SO MUCH! It's the one great thing from my southbeach days I have kept. Plus, since I've only had the skinny versions for years now, I don't know any better. LOL! It feels so decadent to be able to order a LARGE one on a down day. Yay!!!
