My second DD, much better

So, today I had my second DD and it went much better than my first. Thanks to all the links and suggestions by y'all I made some changes by drinking a lot more water including that Smart Water with the electrolytes and extending my calories by eating stuff that is more bulk for the calories. I'm glad this day is ending, but I'm not hurting in my joints, nauseous or extremely weak like the last DD.

Yay! Glad to hear that your second DD was better. I've been JUDDDing for 8 months and still have a tough DD every now and then, but for the most part they are pretty easy-peasy.

Thanks all. I once again woke up weak but ate a lumberjack breakfast right away and feel better. I also woke up very, very early at 4 a.m. I don't like that but hopefully it'll pass.
