Morning - Coffee, fat bomb, bacon wrapped beef filet
Afternoon - Appetizer tray of pepperoni flavored cheese, olives, almonds. Baked chicken thigh with crispy garlic skin, mashed cauliflower w/cream cheese, butter. Just over 1/2 my quota for the day. It is 4:30. Not sure what I will feel like eating this evening. |

So far, bulletproof coffee....not too hungry today.
