DD Friday food plans

Since I have three dozen eggs from my fil's pet chickens right now, I've decided to make today an egg day! These are small/medium sized eggs so each whole one is approximately 63 calories, and each egg white is around 15 calories. I found out my updated calorie allotment for my DDs is now 354. Up to now I've just been going by 'keep it under 500 calories' rule of thumb. Today I'd like to actually stay under 354 so we'll see how it goes!

4 hard boiled eggs 252
egg white scramble with 3 egg whites, 1tbsp bacon bits 70
cup diet hot cocoa 20
diet soda
lots of water

342 calories

Glucose (non-fasting) 87
Blood pressure 103/66
*no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them in the 40s

Well my egg plan went out the window, when my van was mysteriously possessed and drove itself to Wendys So it's going to be an egg/chili kind of DD

So far, just Mio water and a mug of tea w/FF half-n-half. Trying to water flush for all or most of the day as yesterday's Arby's meal was loaded with sodium. Very bloated.

Possible soup, SF jello, or pickled cucumber slices if I need it.

My DD was also egg-ergetic and egg-thusiastic (although I went slightly overboard on the number of eggs). This is the first time I've experienced any of the proverbial DD energy!
