Monday DD food plans

I had a very high calorie weekend and it's time to get back on track!

My food plan for today:

Wendys small chili
veggie soup
chicken noodle soup
2 diet hot cocoas with sf davinci syrup

if I need it, a hard boiled egg

380-457 calories for today

S: Sugar Free Suisse Mocha (45 calories)
Dill pickle (jar says 0 calories but I'm guessing it's about 25 per pickle)

And lots of water and iced tea

Really looking at a great DD today ... to counteract my birthday feasting weekend

B: Davids cocomint tea with 1 tbsp 5% cream (20 calories)
L: 1 diet pepsi / chewing gum for the day (50 calories)
S: FF Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp cocoa / 1 tea (140 calories)
D: FF Greek yogurt with cocoa powder (120 calories)

Total for the day: 300-350

Not to go over 150 calories by dinner
dinner:
Homemade bone broth (30)
Lettuce dipped in Walden Farms zero calorie salad dressing (20)
Aiming for a total of 200 calories.

I had a yay! moment today-got Wendy's coupons in a flyer in the mail this weekend and one of them was a free small chili with any purchase. Used it for lunch, with a $1 diet pepsi, and the clerk gave me back the coupon and said I could keep using it until it expired I'll be getting free chili on all my DD's for the month of December

Cup of homemade chicken bone broth, 20 calories
2 bonabel light cheeses, 100 calories

As needed: radishes, 4 ounces chicken breast, 1 hardboiled egg

I work downtown, and the Wendy's I go to is in a bad area. Today, a homeless man was inside screaming at the manager, threatening her. She had to call the police. It ALMOST put me off my chili.

1 snack package roast nori=10
later my bedtime snack will be:
3 Kim's Deli Pops= 30
1 laughing cow light= 35
1/2 ounce turkey pepperoni=35

Daily total= 145 calories

Carly, I see you are a fan of snack packs of roast nori, like me! My favorite brand is Shirakiku Premium Korean Seasoned Seaweed (No added MSG), and I find them a great little snack on down days. I buy the 6-pack packages at the United Noodle Asian grocery store a few blocks from my house. Another thing that I buy at the Asian grocery store are quail eggs, which I hard-boil and peel and eat as little mini-meals on down days; those would definitely work for JUDDDers doing the Barbie-meal approach.

Me too, Sara! I thought, let's make this a good DD, and so far it has been great!

B: soy slender chocolate in 3 cups of coffee (53)
L: boca orginal vegan burger (70)
D: Wendy's chili (210)

Total so far: 333. I might have either popcorn or Greek yogurt if I need a snack later. It's been a nice, easy down day so far though ... that may be all I need today, we'll see.

I love the roast nori I get it at H-Mart also a big pack of the little packets. I can't say the brand because it's in Korean or Japanese or Vietnamese... I couldn't say really the nutritional info is on the outside of the large package and is some form of English/French/Italian hybrid, but has the #10 where calories belongs

Down Day today:

B: decaf coffee with 4 Tbsp heavy cream (200)

L: raw celery, carrots, grape tomatoes 2 cups (60)
ranch veggie dip 2 Tbsp (110)

D: same as lunch (170)

About 40 cals over my 500--going to decrease the heavy cream to 3 Tbsp next DD.

Amazing how fast fat cals add up.
