DD Saturday menu

Good morning!
I have a family get together later. Thought about having an UD but I doubt the food will be worth it. if there is something there that is yummy to me then ill just wrap it up and bring it home for tomorrow!
Doing mini meals spread through the day.

Pumpkin coffee x 2
Small Greek yogurt
Clementine
Miso soup
Carrots & celery
Edamame
Egg whites with salsa
Cabbage with tiny bit dressing

Have a great day!

With all these people on mono diets, I decided to try eggs. So, today is hard boiled eggs (with some very low calorie mayonnaise, salt, and vinegar). Maybe some vegetable broth later because it is freezing!

So far, coffee, coffee & more coffee! My only other plan is my beloved skinny mocha this afternoon. My boys are marching in our "jinglefest" parade later, so I'll be happy to drink more hot stuff while outside.

Not sure yet. We're going to be out and about.

So far, I've had:
Black coffee (2)
Coke Zero (0)

I'm hungry, but holding off for a while.

There will probably be chili involved at some point (210)

Dinner will most likely be swai (105) and butternut squash (40)

I am still super hungry today...I may have to get some chili while I'm out and try it this down day. I love it any day and it would feel like such a huge splurge! At 210 cals, I *could* have some along with my latte later and still be at 380 cals. Certainly up from what I've been going for on down days, but maybe it'll help! THANKS for reminding me of it as an option today!

I checked out can chili at the store today and Wendy's is better on calories for the amount. I was thinking of buying cans to have on hand, but I'll make the small trek to Wendy's to get it instead

I changed my plans a bit and ate two fat free HB hot dogs for lunch, instead of the rice cake. I'm at 110 calories for the day so far and should end the day at around 360.

I'm going to a Christmas party with dinner for DH's work. I have no idea what will be served, so my plan is to fast until then and then just choose the best I can under the circumstances. Will probably wind up being a higher DD in calorie %, but hoping to still stay in weight loss range.

So far: 2 cups coffee with 1 pack 25 cal hot chocolate.

Felt very ill after last night's UD dinner. Still queasy this morning.

The Plan: Rice cakes, SF jello, maybe broth, weak tea.

I'm the chili queen!

We were out ALL morning and didn't get home until about 3:00, so that's when I had my chili. I don't know if I'll have anything else today, but we'll see. If I get hungry later, I have some FF Greek yogurt, or fish and veggies.

I think its so cool that you would save the yummy food for a UP instead of eat it while its there in front of you. Don't you just love this feeling of....well, not today, but HECKYA for tomorrow!

Your menu looks great. Clementines are so good this time of year.

Hi Christina, Good plan, do the best you can. I love that JUDDD is not an exact science and gives a bit of wiggle room when you need it.
Let us know how it went!

My DD day:

Morning Mocha - 100 added a splash of half and half today, less calories than HWC
boiled egg - 70
Low sodium bacon -80

Chicken broth - 25
Sauteed shrimp w/mushroom and garlic YUMM 100 (for you shrimplovers, its so low cal!)
SF jello 25

I may get a few orders of Chili from wendy's and freeze it... just to have on hand!
Or make my own low cal and freeze in small portions!

It is just so wonderfully filling!!!
