Start Date: Started this Whacky Journey in October of 2012
TGIF! What's your UD plan for today?

It's almost 11am here and I just realized I haven't eaten anything yet, this after coming from a 400 calorie DD yesterday-wild lol. I'm not even hungry, but I will eat something after I pick up my son from pre-school in a bit.

b-x
l-breakfast burrito: tortilla shell, scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon bits, hashbrown
s-going out to dinner. Will have steak or fish.

October 2015 Blood Work Results
-Total Cholesterol 167: HDL 69 LDL 97
-Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.4
no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them at a 49
-Glucose (non-fasting) 87

Sort of up in the air today.

B: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos, black coffee (420)
L: Probably chili
S: I have a banana and some Greek yogurt if I need it
D: Not sure. Keira has a "barn dance" at school right after work, so I'll probably need to pick something up, or eat late.

I've been ravenous the last couple of days. All I can think is it's from taking antibiotics. I'm NEVER quite THIS hungry! Ugh.

I'm not hungry this morning, I'm having my morning mocha.

When I feel like some breakfast I'll scramble some eggs with cheese, and have bacon and my OMM. Its my go to LC breakfast and I don't ever seem to get tired of it.

Not sure what I'll have the rest of the day. I'm thinking chef salad sounds good. For dinner we have leftover baked salmon so I'll probably have that, half a baked potato with butter sour cream and chives YUM! and a steamed veggie.

I'll probably make an LC dessert today. Just to make sure I get close to my UD calories.

I knew we were going out to dinner tonight, so I had a protein shake with celery and 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder this am with my decaf coffee and heavy cream (360); lunch was raw veggies dipped in Veggie Ranch dip, a few pieces of cheddar and pepperoni with Lentil crackers; sampled a few Ghirardelli pieces of chocolate. (have no idea how many calories I ate at lunch time. Eek!)

At dinner ate a small chunk of french bread with butter, half the serving of butternut squash soup, a small portion of braised short ribs and sweet potato fries, a glass of wine. Only ate until I was full, took the rest home.

I realize I really need to count calories on the "up" days, but I didn't today--dinner was tough to estimate; so I'm giving myself this leeway, that when we eat out, I may not know the calories.

I didn't overeat this "up" day, so for me, that's a big start. Hopefully can keep on track this time. Looking forward to a 500 calorie DD tomorrow.
