UD Thursday - menus welcome
I think I'm just about done for the day-- maybe some dessert or something.
B: 3 large eggs cooked in some bacon fat. 2 slices LC bread (120cal total), a bit of margarine
1T rawtella (90cal)
L: was going to have yogurt, but tasted the fudge I was making instead. 90 cal. (made small candy cups full, instead of squares)
S: 2 pepperettes and about 6 slices prosciutto/salami
D: korean style short ribs. 16oz.
I still have calories, so I'll just drink my water and think about it
