WOE: Restart JUDD 2/10/15
Start Date: Aug 2011/I was maintaining since April 2012
Like it never even happened

Two DD's and the results of my Thanksgiving/Anniversary/dd's Birthday celebration (to the tune of 4 pounds in 4 days) are GONE. Right back to maintenance weight.

The memories remain, the extra weight does not.

JUDDD is an amazing tool in the toolbox that allows you to enjoy life, including its feasts, without worrying about the scale.

Just had to share.
Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.

Stats: Maintenance/129lbs (37yrs, 5ft, 6in)
WOE: JUDDD/5:2IF for WL & 16:8IF for maintenance
Start Date: Started this Whacky Journey in October of 2012
Love it! I ate out last night on my UD, having a quiet DD today and then we're going out to celebrate our anniversary tomorrow night by eating out again. I love that I have absolutely no guilt about doing this and I can go out and enjoy myself, knowing I'm still going to lose weight
~Sara~ I've gone from size 14 jeans, down to a size 4 with JUDDD/5:2IF! Now in maintenance with 16:8IF and the occasional potato hack. My 3 year maintenance anniversary is in April

October 2015 Blood Work Results
-Total Cholesterol 167: HDL 69 LDL 97
-Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.4
no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them at a 49
-Glucose (non-fasting) 87

Tiny Tina, you are a JUDDD star.

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Hunger is not an emergency.

It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year that makes you fat, it's what you eat between New Year and Christmas.

It sounds like you've been having a wonderful time recently, making memories that you'll cherish for a lifetime, enjoying the foods that accompany these truly special occasions, and handling it all so easily with JUDDD. I'n so glad you posted your experience. It's so encouraging for all the newer JUDDD BUDDDs to know how easily this plan works to mitigate *celebratory eating*, and how quickly too.
Best wishes, Pat

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird
Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)

Flutter, I am only two months into it, but so far maintenance is heaven!
- Nancy
GOAL 10/3/12
Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
