coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 tbsp vco
egg salad on an oopsie
salmon with dill sauce and a side of shirataki noodles
TOTALS: CAL 1,143 CARBS 17g FIBRE 9g FAT 93g PROTEIN 57g

Don't feel like I will need to eat again but probably will later. There is an avocado that needs to fulfill its higher purpose soon.

home made yogurt with my muesli (mixed pecans, walnuts, almonds, coconut)
tuna packed in olive oil with mayo
2 med. hb eggs, 2 fat bombs
cal 1509 / fat 123 / carbs 22 /fiber 4.7 / protein 56.6
I think I'll eat this every day this week, because I planned out the ratios so well.
Start: size 20W ~ Current: size 16 (they're tight and uncomfortable right now -pooh!) ~ Goal: size 10-12
