grilled lamb chops and single serving of celeriac mash

WOE: High fat, moderate protein, low carb
I'm going to have to figure out how to get my protein lower-but I guess my normal dinner would be a couple of fat bombs, not succulent crab legs.
chipolte - chicken, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, guac, lettuce
crab legs and butter
1235 cal/ 87 fat(62%)/ 23 carbs(8%)/ 11 fiber/ 89 protein (30%)
Start: size 20W ~ Current: size 16 (they're tight and uncomfortable right now -pooh!) ~ Goal: size 10-12
