DD Tuesday- who's in?

This is my first DD back from vacation, and I can tell you I was soooo looking forward to it the past 5 days or so. Even with a rather up UD yesterday, most of my heartburn from the vacation has stopped, itchies are mostly gone...

b: green iced tea (not mango chili though... finishing off my chocolate cinnamon green today)

L: not sure, maybe more tea and a cracker with cheese

D: turkey sausages (100 cal each) and coleslaw stirfry-- probably 400 cal

dessert: either 70cal of chia pudding, or almond milk (80cal)?

oooh, I might have some PB2 for dessert. While I like barbie meals, I'm also doing ok going most of the day without food, light snack/lunch, and then a "normal" dinner (almost).

Today, the key for me was a LOT of fluids-- both to help flush my system, and they really helped me feel fuller. One was green tea (1L I mean) and then I am finishing a L of "mate" tea (this one is a citrus flavor), which is *supposed* to be a stimulant, but I don't feel it the way I do caffeine.
go know?

Ok-- apparently, not many folks doing the same rotation as us this week, K.

I finished the day at 523 cal, 26.5 g carb (net).

CaliChris mentioned in another post that she finds with a high (even uuad) UD, the DD is easier. Perhaps, and if so, it sure makes coming back after some time away easier to deal with, as opposed to other plans where coming back is such a bear.

anyway-- have my UD planned for tomorrow, all around having a HUGE piece of roast beef for dinner (seriously... HUGE... I'm so excited!)

I did a DD Tuesday. Actually all I've had is a late lunch (5pm) of Wendy's chill over shredded lettuce with a packet of saltine crackers (270) and a cup of coffee with cream (40), along with water.

Tuesday was my regular DD, but I think I'm going to do a MD tomorrow so that I can be on UD for Thursday.
