Some Questions for Future Rerence...

Soooooo I made it through my down day yesterday and ended up eating @ 700 calories do to a math goof up (oooooooops) . Would I then end up eating less on an UD to "make up" for a DD that was over the calorie limit? Secondly, tomorrow for me would be a DD, but I am going out of town with my sister and have no groceries. Naturally I would eat out, so what is my best "bang" for my buck? Subway salad?

Subway salad is a great choice; also small chili from Wendy's ... 210 calories, $1.60.

700 calories for your first down day is just fine! Many people work their way down to 500 anyway, but since this was just a calculation error, you can try again for 500 next time. No big deal at all.

Both are great options. I get the subway turkey and ham salad with no cheese and just vinegar for dressing for 110 calories! And I practically live on Wendy's chili.

No need to make up for anything. 700 calories for a first DD is still good, and you can gradually work your way down, or you may find your next DD is easy and you eat less than 500. JUDDD doesn't require tons of corrections.

JUDDD got me where I want to be!

That was fine Thinly, don't cut calories on your UD you need those to help you through the DDs. Enjoy your chill or salad, and concentrate on having fun with your sister.

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Relax, rotate, reduce, rejoice.

Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.

You did great at 700 calories. The first DDs are hard, and it helps to have a few extra calories to make it through. Have a great time with sis!
