DD Wednesday ~ What's on your menu?

B: Black coffee (5)
L: Small chili w/habanero sauce and diet Coke (210)
D: 1 C spaghetti squash with Walden Farms marinara (42)

I may add a protein shake (84) if I can't scoot out early enough for lunch today. We're understaffed and have one of the bigwigs here.

I overslept and didn't get to do my C25K this morning, so I'll either do it tonight, or do it tomorrow morning.

WOE: HDE/JUDDD/Lowish Carb
B: Coffee w/HWC & sweetener (100)
L: Sauteed cabbage, LC Queso fresco & chipotle cheese and protein of undetermined category (going shopping this morning and will see what I can find)
S: Maybe an apple
D: Rest of the cabbage, cheese and protein

This is the first I'm trying the cabbage thing. I've read so many of you swear by it, and I'm looking for more bulk today. Experimenting on whether that makes my DD a little easier.

Can someone tell me what the cabbage, chicken, cheese thing is? I've looked over all the threads on it and can't really find the original recipe. I know there are lots of tweaks.

Karen, here's a link with some information.

http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ju...e-chicken.html

I didn't wind up making that yesterday. I was too tired after my shopping trip to cook anything, so I just ate 2 LC cheese wedges, an apple, and some cucumber. I'm really looking forward to trying it though. Sounds yummy!
