Dr. Mercola is male and this all seems to work better for males long term.
I'm not disagreeing with your article at all, but find there are 2 sides to it - male and female.
If you read the paleo article, be sure to read all of the discussions at the end of it.
Of course, Dawn with her success makes this a bit circumspect!
