UD Wednesday ~ What's the plan?

B: 2 donut holes, black coffee, very small banana
S: Emerald cocoa roast almonds (100 cal. pack)
L: ?? DH's surgery is scheduled for 11:00, so I'll probably pick at something in the hospital cafeteria.
D: Quarter Pounder w/cheese - Keira's school is having a fundraiser at McDonald's, so that's where I'll be.
Wine: Definitely

ETA: Just realized there's not much of nutritional value in this menu, so I'll try to find something healthy in the cafeteria.

JUDDD got me where I want to be!

Start Date: Started this Whacky Journey in October of 2012
I just decided to try JUDD so I guess today is technically an Up Day I did not track my calories for b-fast this morning but I had a turkey and bacon wrap (lc tortilla shell), and then a piece of pumpkin bake with whipped cream. I'm going to try and figure out the calories yet for this. I was going to skip lunch because I was tracking carbs, but now I feel like I should probably eat something-maybe a chef salad? And I have no clue about supper now lol.

Start Date: 2/21/12- Low carb (199lbs) 3/28/12 JUDDD (189lbs)
Dawn- a lot of hospital cafeterias have a salad bar. I know the ones I worked at did and our local hospital does, but just eat what feels right and keeps you strong to help DH in his recovery.

I stated today with half a slice of pizza- it was just calling me from the fridge and I threw it on the George Foreman to make the crust crispy. Nothing planned yet, but I'll be enjoying something good after my appointment with the surgeon at 12:45pm.
JUDDD changed my life. It transformed my health, gave me freedom and restored my confidence.

JUDDD is very simple, very livable and very flexible. JUDDD allows weight loss and life to happen simultaneously.
