B - 2 eggs, cheese, toast
S - protein granola bar
L - sausage/cheese, veggies with chips
D - chicken pot pie
If hungry, snack will be popcorn or possibly some chocolate!

It's an UD, but I haven't been very hungry I've only had a little over 1000 calories and still have another 1000 to go!
B-a slice of toast with a little butter
L-wasn't very hungry. Had a snack of cashews. Counted them out, even!
Snack- (here's where most of my calories have come from...) Eggnog!!!!!
S-making kielbasa, pirogi, and fried cabbage with brownies for dessert. Not sure how much I'll eat.

B - 2 eggs, 2 T full sugar homemade marmalade, coffee with cream
L - yogurt, apple, strawberries and oatmeal raisin cookies ( a few tooo many)
D - taco salad (no cookies, I already ate all of them)
