Macro Cycling...

I am interested if anyone has done any sort of macro cycling? sort of Ducan-esque but cycling through higher fat, higher protein, and higher carb days? I find If I have a one day (clean) high carb day that I loose with much less "stalling" than if I don't. I have seen people do carb cycling, calories cycling, and the like... but haven't really seen anyone do any sort of macro cycling? Do you think it would be very effective?
