DD Monday - what's the plan??

It's Monday again! I just realized, Thanksgiving is 2 weeks from this Thursday! HOLY MOLY! Time is slipping away on me!

today:

cottage cheese
salad with tons of veggies and deli meat
soup

That's the plan. Not sure how or when. Goal, around 500c!

Safe and secure DD! I'm so much less stressed in general on DDs. Is that weird?

Barbie meals for me today:

10am - 1/2 container of Trader Joes egg white salad and a magic pop (65)
11am - 1/2 a red pepper (22)
Noon- repeat 10am (65)
1pm - 1/2 sliced cucumber and 1/2 a light laughing cow cheese on a magic pop (55)
2 pm - red pepper slices (22)
3 pm - repeat 1 pm (55)
4 pm - cup of cherry tomatoes (30)
7pm - spinach salad (3 cups) w bacon bits (2 T) and boiled egg white, spray dressing (100)
9pm - half a bag of freeze dried strawberries (65)

Comes to about 475 cals and seems like a lot of food!

4pm : green pepper slices (25) 2 laughing cow cheeses (50)

630 pm (break from work): 2 celery sticks (15) 1 laughing cow cheese (25)

9 pm (after work): 2 celery sticks (15) 1 egg white (17) laughing cow cheese (25)

around 200 calories today

TryingJudd, I'm still doing the Barbie meals too, I don't dread dd's anymore

Got some of the PB2 (choc). I mixed it in the Walden Farms chocolate dip - gasp - it's very close to a Reeses chocolate peanut butter cup candy in flavor 1 teaspoon is only 8 calories!! and of course, WF choc. dip is calorie free

I spread it on a Scandinavian Brand crispbread. Meh. I prefer WF Apricot spread on the crispbread. Next time, I'm just gonna eat the PB2/WF choc. dip mixture straight - savoring it slowly

So far today:

Coffee w/ light cream & stevia (35)
Boiled egg white (only) (17)
PB2/WF choc dip on Scand. crispbread (30)

It is 12:30 and I still haven't eaten. I'm trying to wait until 2pm before my first bite.

Either it will be an open faced sandwich (55 calories) or
tunafish crackers (130 calories)

then later 100 calorie popcorn

then later ??? Nothing seems to really jump out at me these days.

Thinking of uppping my calories a bit today in prep for the cataract surgery tomorrow...Had a HB egg a bit ago and will sip on my protein shake 'til supper which will be l/o rotisserie chicken in broth...maybe egg drop style, or shirataki noodles...or most like the cabbage, lc cheese, chicken thingy...tummy's already screaming but I'm not listening.
