DD Monday - what's the plan??

It's Monday again! I just realized, Thanksgiving is 2 weeks from this Thursday! HOLY MOLY! Time is slipping away on me!

cottage cheese
salad with tons of veggies and deli meat

That's the plan. Not sure how or when. Goal, around 500c!

Safe and secure DD! I'm so much less stressed in general on DDs. Is that weird?

2 BP coffees w/ 1 T butter each
broth (if I'm hungry)
SF popsicles

298 cals

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] the good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.~Rom 12:2

Getting back into the swing of things with a DD! Not feeling all that great today, but that's a good thing!

Going to try the cabbage, chicken, cheese thing today.

TryingJudd, I'm still doing the Barbie meals too, I don't dread dd's anymore

Got some of the PB2 (choc). I mixed it in the Walden Farms chocolate dip - gasp - it's very close to a Reeses chocolate peanut butter cup candy in flavor 1 teaspoon is only 8 calories!! and of course, WF choc. dip is calorie free

I spread it on a Scandinavian Brand crispbread. Meh. I prefer WF Apricot spread on the crispbread. Next time, I'm just gonna eat the PB2/WF choc. dip mixture straight - savoring it slowly

So far today:

Coffee w/ light cream & stevia (35)
Boiled egg white (only) (17)
PB2/WF choc dip on Scand. crispbread (30)

It is 12:30 and I still haven't eaten. I'm trying to wait until 2pm before my first bite.

Either it will be an open faced sandwich (55 calories) or
tunafish crackers (130 calories)

then later 100 calorie popcorn

then later ??? Nothing seems to really jump out at me these days.

Breakfast: coffee/cream/equal
Lunch: green tea/milk/equal

It's 3:30 pm and I haven't had anything yet. I'm not starving either My tummy is kind of grumbling though. I'm thinking dinner will be Wendy's Chili or a frozen meal and some veggies.

Lovely DD today after too much food over the weekend.

Skinny cappuccino
Small banana
Cup of tea with 2 little rich tea biscuits
Home made Thai veggie curry with one boiled egg.

Under 350 cals

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Hunger is not an emergency.

It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year that makes you fat, it's what you eat between New Year and Christmas.
