UD Thursday - Whatcha eatin' this Nov 1st?

Can't believe that it's November already!

This is the first of many UDs for me , but I'm trying not to go too crazy...

B: 2 slices lc bread, 3 eggs scrambled, 2oz cheese on the bread, grilled cheese
bit of sf ketchup

not sure about the rest of the day...

You know, the Barbie DD worked so well for me yesterday that I'm trying an UD variant today. Six meals, 250 cals each.
I do this only because I tend to do UUADs whenever I don't focus. Perhaps this can be like training wheels for eventual relaxation on UDs. Or Maybe I can do a couple of these per week and relax on the other UD.
I'll report back.

I'm letting hunger guide me today but will track it. Expect to be a bit low.

B - 2 eggs over easy on a bed of acorn squash. Tiny bit of fat added.
L - 2oz salmon broken into 1/2can Progresso lite potato cheese soup. 5 34*wafers. 9 almonds. 2 Milkyway minis. This is kind of a test meal to see what happens after a little wheat, a little dairy, a little sugar.
D - planning chicken, veggies. May go out and get some wine.

B: Black coffee, Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos
S: 1 mini Twix, 1 mini Snickers, 1 mini Milky Way (see, I can do mini meals too!)
L: Wendy's chili - because I'm using some of my calories for CANDY!
D: No idea yet, have to call DH and see what's on the menu.

JUDDD got me where I want to be!

B: Coffee w/HWC and sweetener, 3 fried eggs, 5 slices bacon
L: Summer sausage, swiss cheese, apple
D: Bowl of chili w/cheddar cheese and sour cream
S: Maybe some PB if I have calories to spare

L: halloween candy!!! yumm . salad with tuna/oil and vinegar . apple
S: yogurt with berries and cereal ...maybe a little mini chocolate bar yummm!!

I think I'm having a post-Halloween-grrrrr-TOM UD.

B: Coffee and a Panera pumpkin muffie (can you believe just the muffin top alone has 290 calories??)

L: My mama's chicken and rice casserole

Snacks: Leftover Halloween candy

I don't know what's for dinner, but I have a feeling it will be in the salad genre.
