Day 10... Happy Halloween then!!!

Went down a smidge. Better than nothing. PLEASE GODS OF JUDDD TELL ME THIS IS WORKING!!!

Up Day and Halloween.. no better words were spoken.. LOL

Finally have the chicken and dumpling soup made. Just gotta figure out how many calories are in it. I use 3 cups of flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking soda and broth to make the dumplings. The rest is carrots, celery and broth. Is there somewhere I can type all this in and find out what each serving would consist of?

Tonight I think is pizza and a few tootsie rolls.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN ALL!!! ENJOY!!

I use an on-line calorie tracker (not allowed to mention the name--but there are several out there) and there's an option to enter recipes. You just enter the amounts of everything you're using, then the number of servings, and it gives you calories for the whole recipe, and individual serving size calories. It's great!

If you Google "on-line calorie counter" the one I use is the fourth down on the list.
