UD Wednesday--What's Cookin'?

B - Coffee & my usual pollutants, 2 HB eggs
L - Pork Roast, spaghetti squash & a bit of sauce/cheese over it
D - Pizza!
D - Popcorn, LC cheesecake (but I may scrap that and have Halloween candy instead)...

L - spinach salad w/raspberry dressing, apple, tuna salad open-face sandwich, glass of whole milk

D - BBQ pork, fried cabbage w/onion, corn-on-the-cob, iced tea

not sure about the day... probably a little chicken salad as I just mixed some up for my son to take for lunch in a wrap.

for dinner, roast beef and roast baby potatoes, probably cauliflower, possibly w. cheese sauce... we shall see how ambitious I am... woke up (hungry) at 5:30 am, so could be dragging my butt by cooking time. But looking forward to the roast, have not made one yet this fall.

Jan 29-Feb 14: Potato hack (plus dinner every other day)
Feb 15 onward: ? back to JUDDD... or calorie counting with intermittent potato hacks
