UGH-- is frustration a DD food? I've got IT dialed into my pc and the guy is a total dolt

I'm filling water bottles, filled one tub, but as much as I want to stress eat, I'm NOT

B: butter
L: water, tea (haven't had my tea yet)
D: I took out flank steak, so that plus salad, assuming power stays on.

If the power goes out, I just really don't know... I think I'm going to go out and get some extra canned food.

Alright nothing but water/tea/gum until I get home from work. (50 cals)

I am going to try and workout tonight on a DD (this will be the first time and I am kind of nervous!)

So before work out (530pm): 3/4 cup greek yogurt (100) with 1 tbsp cocoa powder (20) and 1 cup raspberries (60) (180 calories)

After workout: protein shake with water (120 cals)

total - 350 calories for the day

Well so far I've had 2 cups of coffee with (2 Tbls) heavy cream.

This worked well on my last DD. I was pretty "unhungry". Ate a 200c dinner, so I might try going with even less calories later. Like that unhungry feeling :-)

Watching "Sandy" - getting a "big blow" in Orange County, NY!

I did my first DD workout on Saturday and it was great (nothing extremely strenous, just 45 minutes of treadmill). Planning to do it again tonight.

My good ol standby. I cook a bag OF cole slow. 100 cal for whole bag. I mix shrimp or chicken in with it. Two laughing cow wedges or not. I like it with out them. Very low cal and very filling. That is usually my whole down day.
I ate alot of junk yesterday and today I am hving the hungries, just going to fight through them. I did that to myself.

I went to David Tea today and bought the Red Velvet Cake tea! Oh my goshhh soooooo delicious!!! Thank you so much for suggesting these teas!! yum yum yum

so happy to spread the joy! I'm having "chocolate cake" right now (my newest order *just* showed up) and it's pretty good... I'm looking forward to trying another couple new flavors in the next few days (read my lips, which is chocolate mint I think) and I have a sample of coffee pur'eh, which is coffee and tea mixed

I love Marmite, and can't stand Vegemite. Marmite is salty, savory, sort of bouillon-y. It's a very concentrated flavor, and looks like engine grease!

You know how Cindy/Kissa is about cucumbers?

Could we not discuss foods that end in -ite? blech. Sorry D, you're on your own with this one

Me, today-- given my self-induced storm stress (did I mention that someone died in Toronto from flying debris??? ) I think I managed to not eat everything in sight, and I'm ok with that:

B: 10g butter
L: about 4oz chicken thigh, 1 magic pop
S: 2 magic pops, 2 laughing cow
1 cup of "chocolate cake" tea. It was ok, not super special. Smells great though
D: 10oz lean flank steak, some lettuce, and then 2 magic pops with about 1/2 T of rawtella

Ok, if anything's going to happen here, it will happen in the middle of the night. Wish us luck.
