L - Leftover beef, spaghetti squash casserole
D - Pork roast, stirfry of mixed greens
D - LC cheesecake

B 2 slices of Brioche with Strawberry Jam. Oh, Jelly, sorry.
S coffee and on slice of Brioche (no jam, lol)
D Dinner at our Italian. Count on olives, red wine and pasta

The Brioche story is that a friend brought us back a loaf from France and it is divine. Only one and bit slices left thank goodness.

Start Date: 2001 Atkins -50 2011 JUDDD - 10
Dinner was in fact quite different.

Started with tomato and onion salad, then a fillet steak with peppercorn sauce served with beans carrots and sautéed potatoes. Finally shared some cheese and crackers with DH.

Red wine, sweet wine and a Sambucca....
