Day 7.... still not in Heaven
But not that bad. Instead of 2 lbs up on an upday, I was only up 1.6.
I must say that I was thrilled yesterday when I put on my fat jeans over my thicker leggings and there was still room. My winter coat from last year wasn't tight even with 3 layers on underneath. (I was dressed warmly for a parade)
I'm happy that I am staying right around my end weight from HCG.
I am ready for the rollercoaster of JUDDD but just still in the mindset of HCG where the weight falls off pretty fast. I'm at a good place now and will just enjoy this WOE. If I can maintain, it is better than gaining which is what I usually do after HCG. I like the idea of eating every other day and the DD's are really not that bad for me as long as I keep busy.
Had some great sushi yesterday and a s'more. mmmm! Today will be tunafish or some egg salad and some soup. I still have chills from our 31 degree day yesterday.
Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday and I think I am ready for another week of JUDDD!!

Either from the 31 degrees or you are experience the DD chills. Lots of people here shiver off the pounds, lol.
Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.
Relax, rotate, reduce, rejoice.
Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.
