gonna try to fast, except for a tsp of coconut oil in my tea once or twice til dinner--dinner out on a DD and I have no idea what food will be served--

B: pumpkin chai tea (black tea based) and 10g butter on the side (72 cal)
L: more tea, water... lots of water, I'm feeling really dry
D: probably roast pork loin and boiled radishes

Going to have a good DD today, now that our lovely visit with daughter is over.

Doing my *every hour, 30-calorie mini-meals* plan again, and will include talipia, salad, fruit, chicken liver, chicken breast, and veggies... all measured into the little correct calorie meals.

I love never feeling hunger or much appetite on this plan. It's the easiest I've ever experienced my Down Days. This works like magic for me. Makes them so incredibly easy to do, and very enjoyable.

And cleaning this house back up after the visit.. and cleaning out the refrigerator. Husband is going to be fed leftovers today while I do my DD.

Everyone have a good and successful DD today.

davids tea. Google them, they should come up. I swear, I should get paid for all the free advertising I'm giving them (*I am in no way affiliated with them, I swear, I am just a flavored tea junkie).



BTW, it's good, but some of the other flavors are better... maybe just get some davinci's pumpkin spice and add to your favorite chai?

Skipped the yogurt for breakfast, had chili for lunch, had the yogurt with a cup of strawberries for dinner. Ending the day at 384 calories of yummy goodness.
