I am having one of those UDs. You know the ones--where you are overwhelmed with choices and therefore cannot choose! Who'da thunk?

gonna keep it fairly lowcarb this morning--some protein fudge and maybe some cheese. I need a bigish meal around 4 (gonna fast til dinner tomorrow or at least that is the plan--maybe some whey protein) so something tasty and sustaining. Can't choose!

l probably an ounce of cheddar and some broth

d garbanzo chorizo soup with sweet potato, cauli, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and the very last of the little tomatoes off my vines. goodbye summer
and hot mulled cider at the corn maze. woot I can even have some kind of snack there

All your menus sound so wonderful, and I haven't even really thought about mine today!

This "may" be my plan.

B: Black coffee, almonds, maybe some Greek yogurt.
L: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, add jalapenos, iced tea.
D: DH's leftover meatloaf (he makes it with ground beef and sausage--so good!), veggies.
Wine: of course!
