UD Tuesday - What's Cookin'?

B - Baked chicken, coffee, SF Torani, unsweetened almond milk, splash of 1/2 & 1/2
L - Ground Beef/Spaghetti Sauce, green beans
D - Ribeye steak, roasted cauliflower w/cheese on top, sauteed mushrooms/onions
D - SF Raspberry Fluff

I can't remember the last time we've had steak...looking forward to dinner tonight...have a wonderful day, folks!

OH you mentioned steak, we are having it Thursday. Pulled it out of the freezer this a.m.! YUM

B - 2 eggs, cheese, toast 385c
L - chicken patty with salad 220c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - Pork loin with cheesey mashed potatoes 680c

After dinner probably some popcorn and either wine or chocolate. 375c worth!

B: herbal tea with 1T hwc, 2 fried eggs/ham/tomatoes/swiss cheese wrapped in romaine lettuce
L: 1 avocado with liverwurst and gouda cheese topped with fresh habanero salsa
D: ground lamb veggie curry (red onions, squash, spinach, chili peppers) on garlic butter sauteed okra and eggplant
S: 2 squares of dark chocolate Chocoperfection bar + 1T ground almond butter

1812 calories total.

WOE: Moderate Carb JUDDD (Lost first 4 lbs on WW)
Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
Grumpy today because there aren't any really indulgent groceries in my house to spoil myself with this up day.

B. Omelette w/ Potatoes, Broccoli & Cheese + Veggie Sausage
L. Nothing -- It was a long day. I forgot lunch. I forgot!!! (Words never before uttered.)
D. A chicken salad sandwich on WW Rye + 3 Lindt Truffles

Way under my calorie allotment for the day. Will have to come up with a sundae or something.

Oooo. That has to be the worst--An Up Day that is disappointing. I have only had one of those--and that was because I saved up most of my calories for going out to dinner, and the food turned out to be badly prepared. Sounds like you have a fabulous idea to do your due diligence in calories consumed!

Start Date: 6/1/2012
Made the Costco run for their roasted chicken...ate the breast ooozing with the juices for supper, along with a mix of deli-stuff, capicola, swiss cheese, olives, dill pickle, hummus, pork rinds, a cafe au lait, now a glass of merlot.

Oh, for breakfast...the usual UD one...2 eggs, 2 bacon, ezekiel toast, and a mix of oj/criystal light for my pills...and a double au lait...

dang! I love this woe!!!!
