Rib Pain?

I am 44 days into Juddd and totally amazed at the womderful changes that are taking place in my body and mind as a result of this awesome WOE. My weight loss has slowed down to about 1 pound per week or two. For the last 10 days I have had strange rib pain and wondered if anyone else has had something similar. I remember when I was pregnant 16 years ago I had similar pain and wondered if it the same result of rapid weight changes. My first few weeks I did drop quickly. Any feedback would be appreciated. It is on both side of my chest, lower ribs.

Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)
I did not experience anything painful (except the occasional hungry tummy). I do not remember seeing anything like that in the book.

Is it rib or under rib (deeper inside you)? Have you done any unusual lifting or exercises...or does Autumn pollen make you sneeze a lot?

As with any unexpected pain, if it does not improve you may need to talk to your doctor.

Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

I did have rib pain when I started judd, but I think it was just coincidence.
I had pain on my lower ribs, on my left side. The doctor sent me to hospital to have it checked and it turned out it was an inflammation on the tissues around the ribs (costochondritis). My gp though at first it was a sign of blood cloths, that's why he sent me to hospital. It think it's worth to have it checked with your gp.

Have you been coughing a lot - that's the first thing I thought of, similar to Nancy's thought. 'Tis the season for coughing in lots of areas. Hope you figure it out soon.

I had a little bit of that for a while, too. The only way I could imagine it being related to JUDDD is in an induction flu type of way. I did seem to have a lot of allergy/diet related phlegm in my throat that has since improved with time OP and lower carbs. So, yeah...basically what they said...have you been coughing, sneezing, wheezing up any mucus?

No coughing, sneezing or allergies, I'm beginning to think its gas pains from all the fiber in the miracle noodles and gluc powder. If it continues I will go to doc, but every time you walk in the door with belly problems they want to do a $1000 cat scan! No thank you! I'm sure I'm fine but thank you everyone for the kind words!
