Experimenting:

I'm gonna try doing the "eat every hour" thing on my up day in order to stay within my calories. I am really trying to have more control on both UDs and DDs. I probably won't do this too often, but I want to see what it feels like. It worked SO well on my DD that I want to try it for an UD. I have about 9 or 10 100-150 calorie mini meals planned.

Breakfast: Coffee with HWC, whole wheat toas w/butter and strawberry spread, 2 eggs fried w/turkey bacon
Lunch: Beef sandwich on whole wheat w/ mustard swiss cheese, spinach, and pickles
Dinner: French toast with turcky bacon!
Snack: seasoned fries w/ pickles and ketchup!

LOVE UP DAYS!

Had a rougher DD yesterday, but still stayed under 600 cals so I am calling it a victory.
Today I have little appetite~ some psychology at work here, methinks.

Till 11 AM had about 3 small bites of natural PNB (to take pills)

11 had a bagel thin w/ about 1 Tbsp butter

I am planning a pc of tilapia and a sweet potato and a green veggie.

(come to think of it, I bet I could have the pc of fish and most of the small Sweet Potato on a down day.....I will get the hang of this! I will.)

Not sure what else, but usually once I eat something my appetite comes full force.

me--
B: 2oz of O's cereal with almond milk, and 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
L: I think I'm having a flatout wrap with some cheese and turkey kielbasa
D: ribeye steak, veggies, and some sort of dessert

I'm worried a bit about DH-- he's stressed at work and forgot to take his lunch. So today's UD for him, he needs to hit around 3000 cal, and without his 600cal sandwich, I don't know what he'll do.

I lost the great burrito challenge, though I DID eat every bite. It took me 13 minutes. The winner finished his in 5 minutes! I do not feel sick. Although I may not want dinner tonight.

A sweet lady at my son's karate made Halloween cookie and I ate one! They were delicious! I kind of scoffed at people saying that as you JUDDD, your control gets better and better, I know it's only my 2 UD but I ate the cookie. I ate it and NOT one single solitary fiber of my being wanted ANOTHER cookie! Usually I would start at one and move on to the whole lot of them! Woot victory!
