3 UD in a row? Will I explode?

Out of town w/ my kids, staying in a nice hotel with free breakfast, tons of restaurants around, lots of awesome food... I brought a little tupperware with me of DD food... but this morning, starving and staring at all the food in my room, I said - bah. Forget it. I'm having 3UD in a row, and going back to rotations when I get home! And then I probably won't weigh for at least 2 rotations. LOL! I figure that I can't possibly do TOO much damage in just 1 extra UD, and it's too nice here to be miserable with a no-mayo egg salad, which is somehow fine at home but unpalatable in a hotel room.

Oh, you know you're not supposed to do that!!!!! Oh, wait... I do that occasionally too. I think many of us do. No exploding yet.

Enjoy your little vacation with your kids. Life's too short. You'll have the rest of your lifetime to manage your weight, and I know you'll be back at it once you home again. Have fun!

Life happens, and we enjoy it when it does. No need to beat yourself up, just back to your regular rotations now. Simples.

WOE: JUDDD
Start Date: August 2012 - Cholesterol down 70 points!
I'm planning 3 days in a row as we are visiting friends in the coming week. I figure I'm in this for the long-term and will get back on plan Wednesday. No doubt I'll be calorie counting in my head, but I'm not going to worry about this and impose my WOE on our friends.

Life happens. Vacations happen. Special occasions happen. As long as they do not happen every day...as long as you are happy with a slight slowdown...as long as you can get the rotations going again when the party is over...then isn't JUDDD a great way to lose weight, get healthy, and actually have a life????

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

It ended up being 4 UUAD in a row... 1st day back, up 5 lbs! Now 2 rotations later, I'm down below my lowest weight before UUAing. Awesome.
