L: Small Wendy's chili w/Trader Joe's habanero sauce, diet Coke (210)
D: Fish and veggies (140 ish)

475 total if I stick to this plan.

KierasMom, I love habanero sauce too, eat it every day! Here in Texas, I buy Jardine's Sontava XXX product of Belize, at HEB grocery. I buy two bottles at a time because often the shelf slot is empty. Food just isn't the same without it. In a pinch, I can use ground cayenne pepper but it doesn't have the same flavor.

B: Coffee with cream (48cal)
L: Cabbage with beef broth (35cal)
S: Beeb's gelatin gummy candies made with rosehip tea, a pinch of various koolaide powders and stevia (20cal)
S: Egg white 'chocolate cake' with truvia (28cal)
D: Cabbage with beef broth (80cal)

Total calories: 191

If I'm really hungry at lunch, I might have an egg white, zucchini omlette (with habanero sauce ) for another 30 calories.

I have only had chai tea so far today. And now I am making all kinds of foods for a big party we are hosting tomorrow. I'm still on a PB kick and am thinking PB2 and banana on toast x 2. And a lot of hot tea.....I'm cold! Plus it will help keep me feeling full so I don't start snacking.

I'm up to 313 ... may have 100-150 more cals today if needed. Maybe some 100 cal kettle corn?

I've been craving broth but I don't want to retain water ...
