WOE: Low Carb -- again... and again...
Start Date: February 2015 (and a few other times!

...and they're not my size 12s... my 14s are getting tight and I know why. I've been off-plan for about 3 weeks. I can put a whole lot of REASONS on this thread, but they turn into excuses... but the bottom line is, I know what I'm doing, I know I don't like it, but for now, I'm giving myself permission. I have people in every portion of my life telling me what to do, how to do it, and I'm just tired of it. I'm off plan, not doing maintenance, and OK with it for now. I'm going to get back on rotation, but for now I'm, well, I'm tired. I know I'll drop more weight -- with JUDDD it's so easy -- but I guess I just don't want to think about food, I just want to eat what I want to eat when I want to eat it. I'll reach my limit (allowing myself a 7 pound gain) and start again. I won't gain more than that because I got rid of my bigger pants and will NOT buy new ones! I know it sounds bad, but I'm OK with it. I'm just tired... I'll let you know when I get my mind back where it should be... with JUDDD.

Well, it's not a good thing, but it's not necessarily a bad thing either. I'm thinking we'll just call this a vacation break.

When you get back, maybe spend some time figuring out what part of JUDDD was the one single hardest most stressful part of it for you, and see if there is something you can do differently in your approach to ease that one single part of following the plan. That can really make a difference in how you feel about the subject of weight loss and weight management in your ongoing life.

Enjoy your break. Come back soon. Don't you dare gain more than you have pre-set and approved for yourself! And don't be a stranger in the meantime. Come visit with us, even though you're kicking back and not 'on' plan right now.

I know where you coming from.....I really do.....I too just took some time off of plan for a bit. I was still running though, I liked the calm it gave me.

You have to do what you have to do, and we will be here when your ready! Until then, take care of yourself first!!!
Current weight: 175 BMI: Obese

1st goal 163 puts me at Overweight!
2nd goal 139 puts me at Healthy weight!
3rd goal 125 puts me at Goal!

Long term, realistic goal....no medications!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

I definitely understand feeling tired of it all and experiencing some diet fatigue. I'm so sorry that you're going through a rough time, but I can understand a need for a break and it can give us the right motivation to then get back and keep on going. Please do come back to us when you've regrouped though.

I'm so sorry you're feeling off. It seems like a bunch of us have been struggling with down feelings, and I wonder if it's the change of seasons. I love autumn, but I do sometimes notice I get just a bit down during this time of year. Hope you're feeling better and will come back to us.
