Knox gelatin ideas?

Hey! I'm looking for dessert ideas to use my huge box of gelatin packets. Any ideas? Possibly some involving chocolate? Thanks

If you do a search for "recipe chocolate panna cotta," you should come up with lots of ideas. Panna cotta is easy and you can get good results with milk alternatives of all kinds.

I use 3 packets of gelation with 1 packet of sugar free jello, and a third of a cup of water. Microwave 30 seconds , then pour into little candy moulds. Makes about 20 gummy sweets which I snack on. No carbs, and maybe 4 or 5 calories each

Easy Knox Cheesecake

That recipe has sugar but you could substitute artificial sweetner.

I love the gummy idea! Is gelation the same as knox gelatin?

oops, yes, sorry, little typo there

they are very intensely fruity, and have saved me many evenings when I have wanted to snack on other things

You can also use it with broth or stock to make a savory gelatin (aspic).

You can also make the jelllo where the cream separates.
Jello fluff

2 packets of gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup of cream
3/4 c. of sweetner ( splenda or liquid sucralose or what you use)
1 pack orange kool-aid

Mix gelatin , boilig water, kool-aid , sweetner. Whisk until everybody is dissolved then add cream mix well and refridgerate. YUM~!!!!!

I use the Knox gelatin to make "jello". I don't want the sugar from regular jello, and don't want the aspartame that any of the SF jello's I've found have. People have said that there are brands out there that don't contain aspartame, but I have never been able to find any that didn't.

I use the same recipe that Ester uses above, but you don't use the cream. Use whatever sweetener you prefer equal to 3/4-1 cup sugar. The recipe I have say equal to 1 cup, but that might end up being to sweet for some. You can make it any flavor that you can find Koolaid (or similar) in. IF you can't find Koolaid in the flavor you want, but have other flavoring, you could use that. You would just have to figure out how much to use, and probably would use less sweetener.
