UD Wednesday-- whatcha eatin' ?

I can't believe I'm the earliest poster of all the early risers here! LOL

I'm having a friend over tonight, she lives in Italy so I never get to see her. We're having Thanksgiving leftovers, so I'm trying to save my calories till later...

B: 1 LC bagel (170 cal) and 2T light cream cheese (60) - -sill hungry!!!
might add a pumpkin chai tea, splash of cream

L: did I mention I have no calories left? 14oz of boiled radishes! with a pinch of butter, chives

D: turkey, roast mushroom puree as gravy, cauliflower fauxtatoes, squash soup, LC "cornbread" dressing
1c of banana pudding!

Should come in around 2000 to 2100 for the whole day, with about 1800 at dinner!
let's not talk carbs today-- even keeping it lower carb, it's still like 200g.

I've actually been trolling the net for Thanksgiving recipes, Soren, and it's all your fault!

UD today and I forgot to eat breakfast. I have a frozen meal here at work for when I get hungry.

B: 5 Cheese Lasagna, coffee (285)
L: Either chili or turkey burger (210 or 415)
D: DH put a pork roast in the crock pot this morning, so that, and whatever sides we feel like throwing together after work.

Wine: Duh!

Karen, I hear ya. My DH has 3000 to work with, and I just keep throwing food at him! LOL
nuts, dark chocolate, wine, cheese, all high calorie/low volume, if you need some tips

56% fats 22% carb and protein...2546 cals, high protein on dd low carb...only using carbs because i like what around 150g does to me.

Have fun Lisa! I used to go to a place that did peanut butter dumplings, and we'd literally spoon the sauce up, and manage to lick the dish clean.

You guys made me just have to go get a spoon of peanut butter!

B: 2 sausage patties and coffee with HWC - 395
L: 1 piece pepperoni pizza & Diet Dr Pepper - 340
S: oikos greek yogurt - 80
S: 2T peanut butter - 188
D: vodka gimlet, ham & lima beans, sliced tomato - 977
S: jonathan apple and 2T peanut butter - 268
Total: 2248

Lots of food! But a major accomplishment at lunch. I met 3 former coworkers at a pizza place and ordered just one piece, which I enjoyed slowly and very much.

And I had some fudge...
okay, ALOT of fudge.
Still looking at close to my 2200 though

Which I'm okay with - I'm going for a full solid food fast tomorrow - I'll be doing tea, water, juice, and broth.
