Do you have a heating pad or one of those Therma care things that heats up and sticks on like a big bandage. Sometimes heat helps- a warm/ hot bath could help too. Feel better!
JUDDD changed my life. It transformed my health, gave me freedom and restored my confidence.

JUDDD is very simple, very livable and very flexible. JUDDD allows weight loss and life to happen simultaneously.

If it's muscular, you could try alternating heat and ice. 20 min with heat, wait an hour, then 20 minutes with ice, and repeat throughout the day. The heat will help loosen and relax the muscle and the ice will help with any swelling.

If it doesn't feel muscular, you should probably follow up with your doctor. If it's a pinched nerve, it could require better drugs. If it's kidneys or another organ, you could need antibiotics, etc. I get kidney stones and my pain's around the same area as yours.

JUDDD got me where I want to be!

No help to offer I'm afraid, but lots of hugs.

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Hunger is not an emergency.

It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year that makes you fat, it's what you eat between New Year and Christmas.

So sorry to hear about your backache. I'm just getting over a muscle spasm in my lower back, and it was AWFUL! I'm much better now but I keep feeling that same muscle give tiny little twinges. Enough already!

I got huge relief from ice. Heat helped some, but ice was the miracle for me. You can make a nice, flexible ice pack using gallon zip lock bags. Mix 1C rubbing alcohol and 2C water in one zip bag. Then double bag with another to avoid leakage. Lay the bag of solution flat in your freezer and once frozen, it's kind of slushy and can mold to your body, and its VERRRRYY cold!

Hope you find the treatment that's best for you and you're feeling better soon!
