DD Thursday - What are you eating?

I'm going to shake things up a bit today...
B - coffee, unsweetened almond milk, SF Torani. 2 pieces CO candy
L - Tea, 2 pieces CO candy
D - Tea, 2 pieces CO candy
Not sure what the results will be, but am curious...

B- nada
L- 2 cups broccoli slaw w 1T Asian peanut dressing and 1T bacon bits
S- cup of cherry tomatoes
D- not sure, maybe 2 FF hotdogs in a half WW pita w onions and ketchup, mustard, pickles

That adds to about 250 total. Might add in an apple. LOVE apples in the fall and enjoying them so much now I am not LC.

As an aside, what is CO candy? I haven't come across that recipe here yet.

Hi gang,

I'm going to try to stick closer to 500 today (have been more like 600-700+ on some dd's lately). Saturday and Monday are UDs for me, with the Thanksgiving holiday here, so I'll be doing a MD tomorrow.

Today--
B: mango chili green tea, iced
L: more tea
D: 1 bag coleslaw, stirfried with 7oz chicken, and some chili sauce
6oz raspberries (with walden farms marshmellow stuff, 0 cals)

totals:
509 cal
21g

I think you could say that. It's CO and chocolate (unsweet) and you make your own sort of chocolate from it... can add nuts, choose your sweetener of choice, etc.

Keep it in the fridge or freezer, it's melty at room temp I think.

Sorry for that. Coconut bark recipes are all over and the one the OP used could be any of those or variations. A simple one is coconut oil, SF sweetener and cocoa powder. Kept in the frig or freezer. Have no idea what a fat bomb is but it sounds nasty but then so is the CO candy to me.

I lost track, this is a DD so far lol.
NK style

hard boiled egg w/1tsp pesto, coffee w/ 1/2&1/2 for breakfast 150cals
chicken thigh w/skin and sliced cucumbers for dinner 200 cals
not sure about supper yet, may be the same as dinner + 1T macadamia oil for the cucumber for about 320 cals
Under 700 cals total

Ended up going to the chinese buffet... grandma took me... LOL man this DD was a fail
Good thing tomorrow is a 45 min endurance run packed with a 30 min HIIT session, this will make it easier, but im never messing up my DD's again!
