small sirloin cooked in butter with a romaine salad w/evoo and vinegar
chicken breast cooked in evoo, garlic and pepper flakes and topped w/shaved parm and pesto; romaine salad w/lemon macadamia oil and vinegar

Ok, this is sort of but still on plan:

B: 3 pieces of Popeye's chicken (remember I said not to ask about Saturday? this was why). about 800 calories! and a bit of honey.

L: 2c cereal and almond milk

need to take my vitamins

D: rib steak, chinese broccoli.

Shooting for 2000 calories

D 2 Margaritas and guacamole and chips

Who knows how many calories? And who cares? I was back to 123.4 lbs this morning.

Added a tiny bit of carbs...won't stall me, balance is key for me :P
