Daily Weight Tracker ~~ October 2012



Hey all, thought I would get this one started! At the end of September I weighed in at 148.4 after a humungazoid weekend of eating and drinking (grand final) so.... my goal for this month will be 142.

1/10 - 148.4 - am hoping to drop some of that soon as 4 pound was from w/e!

I'm a very slow loser as I only do 3 DDs per week (mon-wed-fri), 2 UDs per week (tue-thu) and have the weekends off.

Starting the month at 184.2lbs after losing just 1.8lbs in September. I think I need to pay attention to what I'm eating a bit more and keep on top of my down days (I've been letting my calories creep up too much and too often).

October goals:
To see 180lbs on the scale
Stick to consistent 500 calorie down days
Introduce some daily exercise (walking)

My goal for October is to continue with the rotations, stick to my calorie guidelines and get a groove on. I hope to continue with the weight loss of a little under a pound per week - am a little concerned that since I'm getting into my high school low weight range that that the loss will slow, am preparing mentally for this. Thus, the focus on keeping rotations clean this month.
