B- banana chocolate gluc shake - posted the recipe in the Dd recipe thread
L- chicken broth with shirataki noodles or rice
D- crock pot buffalo chicken lettuce wraps
S- lemon breeze gluc pudding

Should bring me in about 350 cals but a lot of gluc. Hope my tummy doesn't rebel!

DH is joining me on JUDDD! Today's his first DD (yesterday was a bit nuts )

I'm just posting for me though:

S: 50 cal turkey pepperette
D: bbq'd chicken thighs, boiled radishes
maybe some frozen almond milk for dessert?

I'm late.

Today I had:
B: progresso light chicken soup and 5 crackers
Snack: apple
Snack: 90 calorie fiber bar
Snack: apple
D: two cups lettuce, a slice of tomato, tbsp of onion, fat free italian dressing, and a tbsp of bacon bits.

About 453 calories
