Start Date: Restart January 2014
UD Saturday - What is everyone eating today?
B - Coffee, unsweetened almond milk and a splash of HWC
L - Going out to lunch, so I have no clue, other than fairly low carb...
D - Pork with home made curry sauce, and lots of roasted veggies I find at the farmer's market this morning...
D - Low carb pumpkin pudding...
If I'm short on calories, I'll eat up to them with nuts...

I had my favorite big breakfast. Egg, bagel thin, nitrate free bacon, tomato, MW lite, coffee.
Cleaned out the fridge (still in progress) and made a chopped salad for lunch and might have a leftover piece of stuffed pork loin. Will be putting on a pot of soup for tomorrow but made some taco filling for dinner.

B: coffee w/cream (3T through the day)
D: 2pks tuna w/mayo and onions
Snack: 1/2 an avocado
Supper: 2oz brie (sliced and topped w/1T pesto); romaine salad w/evoo and vinegar, 1/2 an avocado
Just under 1300 cals; 122g fat; 47g protein; 21g carbs; 5g fiber
May have a latte for the extra calories (another 100).

brunch - a bit of leftover cajun sausage pepper pasta and a fiber plus brownie
snack/lunch - 2 chicken wings, an apple and a T of dark chocolate cream cheese to dip the apple slices
dinner - lamb chops, baked potato w sour cream, salad and some raspberry sorbet topped with choc chips
I may be able to "afford" a glass of wine too!
