B - none (or string cheese if necessary)
L - cottage cheese and peaches 135c
D - mushrooms, salmon, miracle rice, egg 285c

trying to keep it under 500c today. See if that helps weight loss!

I've been eating nutritional drinks for my DD's, this is my first attempt at eating real foods.

B: Coffee w cream
1/2 package of Trader Joes Organic Mixed Berry Blend (100 calories)
L: Arugula salad, 4 cups (40 calories)
3 mini sweet peppers (40 calories)
salad dressing (20 calories)
D: Rapunzel - Vegan Vegetable Broth With Sea Salt and Herbs, 2 Cup (40 calories)
Kale - Raw, 2 cup, chopped (67 calories)
1 cup mushrooms (15 calories)
I plan to saute the veggies in no calorie spray olive oil, then add the broth for a soup.
