When to re-calculate calories?

I was just thinking that as I lose weight I will need to adjust my cals at some point. But when? After the first 10-20 pounds???

Please help!

Thanks

The general consensus seems to be to wait until your loss slows or stalls before recalculating. I find I have recalculate about every 25 pounds or so, but some don't ever have to.

What Dawn said. Don't worry about it yet. It may be a long time, and many pounds, before and if you need to adjust cals.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
