The general consensus seems to be to wait until your loss slows or stalls before recalculating. I find I have recalculate about every 25 pounds or so, but some don't ever have to.
JUDDD got me where I want to be!

Dawn is there already.
Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.
Relax, rotate, reduce, rejoice.
Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.

What Dawn said. Don't worry about it yet. It may be a long time, and many pounds, before and if you need to adjust cals.
Still at goal 2/6/13
STILL below goal 2/15/14
I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!
JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
