I am just starting this wol.. I have tried low carb in the past so I know some things to get but can some of you post your shopping lists or must have items from the grocery store.. Thanks..

Bacon, eggs, cheese (mozz & cheddar), low carb pizza sauce, frozen stir-fry veggie mixes, frozen broccoli, hamburgers, cucumbers, lettuce, butter, heavy cream, splenda, pumpkin (in the fall), ham, different types of nuts, carbmaster yogurt!

Sure I will give you mine, we are going shopping tomorrow.

Lean lunch meats (with no sugar)
Cottage cheese
eggs 2 dozen
brocolli x 2
cheese slices
plain yogurt
ground beef
tomatoes (to make a homemade tomato sauce)
spagetti squash (to put the homemade sauce on!)
bacon and turkey bacon

I think that's it.

Spinach, butter, cheese (pepper jack/cheddar), ground beef 80/20, bacon, extra virgin olive oil, almonds (awesome when I'm patrolling for a quick snack), and SPICES. Oh, and if you haven't tried miracle noodles, try miracle noodles. They are "noodles" made from a root. zero everything, but carbs and there's less than 1g.

Hi, everyone, Happy New Year! I'm new/old here. I was on this forum a long time ago, but I'm back and I see there are so many new woe programs that amazes me. I'm a meat/fat eater and I love greens, but I've abandoned diets because of the food restrictions. This plan, however, seems doable and I want to give this a try.

I've been reading pages of posts containing advise and some have done some extensive medical research where I've gleaned a good amount of information. I am now ready to stick my feet in the water, grabbing my hubby with me and figure this woe out and enjoy our journey. We need something that we will stick to. Our last woe or should I say "not eating" was the 2x a week fasting program. Hubby lost 20 lbs. and I lost 14, and we stuck to it for a year. I began to stall and took us on a low fat journey. More weight came off, but so many restrictions.

Now, we are passed it and really want to eat good without so many of the restrictions that so many woe have imposed on it.

Does anyone have any coffee creamer recommendations other than heavy cream? I've seen something called "Leaner Creamer" on instagram, but if I can find an alternative in the grocery store, that'd be awesome.
