Maintainers - what to eat on DD?

I still find DD hard now

For breakfast I have yogurt and coffee and that is fine, but the other 2 meals are so very difficult for me, I seems to go way over with my calories

Suggestions Please

Start Date: Aug 2011/I was maintaining since April 2012
breakfast is a smoothie--unsweetened almond milk, 3 strawberries, protein powder.

lunch--big salad, lots of lettuce, broc, cauliflower, kraft ff italian dressing, some lean protein (a few slices of deli ham, small piece of chicken, 3 oz shrimp).

supper--cooked veggies, whatever protein the family is having.

Tonight I was hungry and added a small salad to supper.

Will usually have a handful of almonds at some point in the day--usually mid afternoon.
Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.

I don't do breakfast as a rule on either day, I never have really.

My great standby is homemade vegetable soup and I love big salads with a little protein in them.

I sometimes enjoy simply prepared meat or fish with green vegetables in the evening.

If I get hungry when I am out I usually make do with a small cappuccino, that keeps me going for quite a while.

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Relax, rotate, reduce, rejoice.

Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.

On DDs I usually just have an evening meal. In warm weather it's easiest to make a big smoothie. But now that the weather is cooling down I've been having a small salad and toast with some sort of protein.....salmon spread with cucumbers or tuna salad, happy cow cheese, etc.
