Clear fluids. Tomorrow (UD) I have a colonoscopy and endoscopy.
I have coconut water and some lovely bone broth waiting against need...not much of a jello person.

DD Hey Dottie. I followed the ratios for my UD yesterday and was down 1.4 pounds this morning after an UD. Might get interesting.
B - 2 eggs cooked in 1/2 T coconut oil, coffee with HWC, 1 T SF preserves, 1/2 T butter (330) L - HB egg (75) D - HB egg (75) total 480 May add a little mayo to the HB eggs to up the fat.

It is interesting. I thought I was dehydrated due to the high fat yesterday but according to my legs I am not so we shall see. DD should be easy although my calories will be a tad higher but under 500. Was hard to add that 1/2 T of butter to my eggs just because I am so used to not.

Thanks! Looks complicated, but I'll watch your menus for a while & see if I can follow along.. The nutritional ketosis thread says not to go under 1200 calories a day, though - I guess you're not following that part, right?
