200 calorie meals
I have several meals with a 200 calorie limit. Looking for more ideas--
what are some of your favorites? Here was my lunch:
broccoli/cauli soup with salsa con queso: 90
2 mini corn tortillas nuked into chips w/ 2 Tbs bean dip 90
2 fiber gummies 10

eating sliced turkey breast (buy a frozen on the bone one and throw in crockpot overnight on low) and baby dill pickles as we speak for >200cal

A pouch of tuna or salmon (70-80 cals) w/1T mayo (90-100) and a little mustard spooned into romaine leaves (10 cals).

Start Date: JUDDD - 2/01/12 Began at 200, Goal 130
My fav is still Spicy Grilled Shrimp lettuce wraps! (10 med)
Saute about 10 med shrimp with a bit of jalapeno, onions sliced, and red peppers. Splash some of fav salsa and wrap in butter lettuce leaves.
Total cals is 150, so if you would like a bit of Chipolte Laughing Cow cheese in each wrap, you still have room for more cals.
