Not exactly good nutrition

But....I completed another successful DD with two McDonald's hamburgers at 250 calories each. It's hard when you're always traveling!!!

Aeroangie.... that's life for ya!! My kitchen was torn up for the longest time remodeling. Just got to start using it again! My (our) choice was Chick -Fil-A!!!(among others!) I'm proud that I still managed to keep in my calorie range and proud you did too!!

Beside all that....sometimes I am hungry for stuff like that! and Dr. J said we could eat anything we wanted. I just know this is making some of my budds cringe! Sorry! I do eat healthy much of the time! That's my story and I'm sticking to it!! Waaahahahaha!

Won't hear any complaints from me! I often have fast food and have lost well anyway. I try to throw some good nutrition in there too, but mainly I worry only about calories!

Wow, such restraint! Way to go! I don't think I could have gone with the hamburgers.....I used to practically live on Big Macs. And that's a big part of the reason I was so McHeavy!

Remember, with our Magic Dietary Wands, we can still have a Big Mac on a DD! It's called a knife. You just wave your magic wand over the Big Mac, send it right down the middle with a flourish, and you have a tidy little 270-calorie comfort-food meal. Also - surprise - there's a bonus of the other half to share or save for tomorrow.

My choice for eating out is Subway, but I can also enjoy some things at Taco Bell. If I want something over which I need to wave my magic wand, such as my FAVE Subway Tuna 6-inch on flatbread, I trust in my handy-dandy insulated purse/lunchbag with a coldpack and bring the other 3-inch 235-cal meal home.

I am surprised I was able to do that b/c something in that food makes me hungry usually. As it turned out yesterday, I just wasn't hungry all day and made it until dinner time last night at 6:30 pm. I then devoured the two small hamburgers and was very full. I am pretty ravenous today....not homocidally so though!

My favorite McD's burger is the dollar McDouble with no cheese and pickles only, then I top it with a bit of catsup, but not much for 340 calories or else I get the dollar mcChicken with no mayo and that is 310 calories, that and a diet soda or water! Mc D's is doable!!

I do worry about what I just ate.....kind of like a Chinese place with their mystery meats and short "leg" bones that I can positively identify. That's why I'll pop all my expensive antioxidants.

Good Idea!!!

I too wonder about the food I eat, like any food!! Wonder about even the oatmeal and yogurt! I worked with a gal that had a sister who worked at a dairy and to this day will not eat any cheese, cream, ice cream, etc! Makes one wonder

What do you suppose is in any canned food!

Also what is in any food served at any restaurant?? Like maybe a %^$@#!!

Leona - who now lost her love of food for a while!
